As a Program Coordinator (actually, Assistant Program Director), I identified training opportunities to enhance service delivery, boosting morale and strengthening support initiatives. I implemented surveys and audit reviews to drive performance improvements while ensuring accreditation and state compliance. By enforcing policies focused on regulatory compliance and fraud prevention, I helped safeguard both patient rights and agency finances. 
Case management, I advocated for behavioral health consumers by promoting patient-centered care and overseeing nonclinical services, team scheduling, and care plans to support the overall well-being of consumers. Additionally, I applied my graphic design skills to produce an employee handbook, and during COVIDE I expanded web content for consumer resources, researched and utilized technology resources to enhance workflow and communication opportunities with staff, while creating digital onboarding training materials.
